CSE Cables was established in 2007 as an offshoot of Control Systems and Equipment Ltd and has been trading independently since that time. After a company re-structure, CSE Cables Ltd commenced trading from April 01 2011 as a group company having acquired relevant assets from the holding company. Specialising in all types of Industrial cable and with a customer base extending to Europe and beyond, CSE Cables Ltd’s service offering includes the ability to deliver specialist cable on short lead times and at extremely competitive prices.

Corrina Butler (Managing Director) and John Le Grys (Financial Director) are continuing to build a team of sales professionals offering a technical, friendly, competent service to clients in all types of Industry. The current sales team boast over 50 years experience in the cable industry between them.

Customers requiring Low Voltage Electrical Equipment and electrical accessories can be conveniently supplied by our sister company CSE Industrial Electrical Distributors Ltd. Credit facilities with one company may extend to the other facilitating a “one-stop” solution to many customer types.

CSE Cables supplies only genuine cable and supports the Industry led Approved Cables Initiative. The organisation aims to investigate and address the issues of unsafe, non-approved and counterfeit cables in the UK maretplace.

The presence of unsafe, non approved and counterfeit cables in the supply chain seriously undermines confidence in approval standards as well as causing a life threatening risk to the public - over 25% of all electrical fires are attributed to electrical products or faulty wire and cables.
